Day 10 - Malaysia (28 July 2019)
We decided we were going to go to church this morning. So, 17 of us took grabs (like ubers) to the church building. We needed to walk down to the Methodist church to catch our grab. It was a brisk walk in the heat and humidity, but the scenery was interesting. The drive up was pleasant, and there was a lot to look at through the window. When we arrived, the branch president was waiting outside the locked gate of the church property. He had forgotten his keys, so he called a branch member to come unlock the gate, so we took a few pictures while we waited. I’m pretty sure we at least tripled the number in the congregation. It was a delightfully spiritual meeting! One of the members had just received the email with her mission call and she opened it with us. Such beautiful moments shared. As soon as we got back to the hotel, we checked out and loaded onto the bus. We were going to a mall/food court for lunch before our next activity. Tami and I decided we want...
